Information handled by CRILM
CRILM processes information needed to provide account access and business workflows. Depending on your organization's use of the service, this can include your name, username, email address, phone number, role, organization, sign-in and security events, support requests, and records or documents entered into the system.
How information is used
- Authenticate users and apply organization and role-based access.
- Provide business, finance, inventory, sales, customer, and support workflows enabled by your organization.
- Protect accounts, investigate errors or misuse, and maintain service reliability.
- Respond to support requests and send operational or security communications.
Access and sharing
Users with appropriate permissions in your organization may access records within its workspace. CRILM may use service providers to operate hosting, email, messaging, payment, and related features. Information may also be handled when required to protect users, comply with law, or respond to a valid legal request.
Retention and security
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve support matters, meet applicable requirements, and protect the platform. CRILM uses access controls and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
